A Thousand Problems

A: The website isn't allowing the "with setup" option for Photofiltre anymore, which I need.

Not cool.

B: They don't have customer service. Not cool. No email, no phone, no nothing. I am really agitated by this right now.

C. I tried running this, but it showed all of the options in French.

And on a side note, it annoys me that "@live.com" emails are not supported by this forum, so I had to use my work email for this website.

t1) this is not a commercial version, of course no phone support !

2) this is an old version, no update now since lot of years and dev ar stopped for this version

3) because it is an old version, the setup is not supported by windows 10, only the portable zip is supported.
It's for that only the zip version exists

Then how am I supposed to run it on this computer?

1) just copy the zip content on your pc where you want, juts it like all zip version
2) or unzip by right click on the zip file (windows will extract all files)
