Popup messages not in English

My system language is English but I get some popup messages in French, or partially in French. Is this intentional?

It's native language of the dev tool for system errors. It's is not translated because it's genarated by the dev tool and not by PhotoFiltre.

So does the dev tool only provide part of the message? Only asking because some of the message is in English.

All system run error are in native language (french), can not change it because it's generated by the compiler in the exe file, not dynamic.
But these messages are rare since they are due to a system crash so they should not happen often

Not entirely rare and not only due to a system crash. I get them anytime I copy and paste too quickly - if the copy process hasn't completed before I paste, which is what happened in the screenshot I provided.

The clipboard is managed by Windows, not by PhotoFiltre. All clipboard error message are system message, not translated by the translation file.
It's the same for memory errors managed by the system (not enougth space or memory crash)
