What filter do I use? Colour exchange.
I have a logo, and now I want to change all the red stuff in the logo to blue.
So I need a filer that replaces this red, with my blue. If it matches my specified colour (in my case #FF1A00) it should 100% replace it with blue. If it only matches my colour for 50%, it should gradient overlay this colour with 50% with my blue.
xD
Get what I mean?
That’s the result I want, so what filter(s) do I apply to get this?

You can also duplicate the whole or a part of backgroud layer,
replace the color on the new layer and ajust opacity of the new layer to 50%.
The new layer can also be processed on whole or a part of it,
with a transparent gradient : Menu Layer / Transparent gradient.
There is often several ways to proceed with PFS.

It may also be an option using the wand select for the color, providing it is one color, or almost all the same color. You can play with the color variance per centage. Then use your blue, a gradient, or whatever the new color is you chose. I hope this is of some help.
