Coloring Book Page

I would like to be able to take a photo and change it into a coloring book page. Example... take a picture of a family member and print it off for the kids to color with their crayons. Is this something that can be done with this program. If not does anybody know what program to use or just how to do it

You can try menu : Filter/Edges/ Monochromatics edges or Filter/Flatten/Photocopy
