How to show images in this forum gallery?

I know how to give a link, but i would like to be able at list to show a clickable thumbnail...I try with image shack , i upload ,copy the code, past in the forum and i see only links ...and i try that links ,they point not to any of my images.. but to the image shack upload page!!

I try to read again the instrution,i upload, copy, paste...and the end i had to delete my gallery post because it shows only 4 link for image shack upload homepage

But i see a lot of clickable thumbnails,even sort of slideshow...and huge big stamps,even large images in the gallery pages..

Where is the trick really feel idiot,somebody could please help me to grasp the
solution

This is a pattern from my work. I went to Image Shack to the image, then to thumbnail code. There were two designated codes, the one labeled FORUMS is the one to copy and paste into your post.

Hi Carlo,

Have a look in your user profile of the forum.
You have de-activated the BBCode function in your messages.
So the signs as IMG or URL are not correctly red.
To morrow will be a better day.

Not very sure to have understund this ...for example
http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/29318730/ how to make it visible on the gallery forum?
(in example you could add blank spaces as http :// to make the link not working since this isn't the gallery forum,but i will really appreciate an example, ...english isn't my native language)

and [url.. or [URL ..

I supposed still i miss some basic...i mean why here close to the bottom page viewtopic.php?p=61468#61468 only 2 images on 3 are displayed and nothing instead than one at the very bottom:?:

Hi Carlo,
you may edit the text you have posted, with the edit button(by chance) and compare basicely what matches with that does'nt.
After my first indications, the unique way to understand is to observ and try.
Keep cool and methodical.

i tried before posting,...and what puzzle me mostly is that a image that before was displayed now is no more visible...but i will try again

I tried again :
- In the post with 3 pictures, the last link was correct, but before it, a control character like a line return was certainly wrong, for an unknown reason. I have simply delete all the characters between your text and the link, and it matches now.
This is just a little one of the plentiful delights in computing.
- in the last post, you have enclosured another marker :
[img]%20your%20link%20[/img]
You have just to erase both url to see directly the picture.
