Save png files in 24 Bit colors with transparent

Hello Mr. Da Gruz,

I'm a German user of PhotoFiltre and I've a question about this.

Can I save png files with transparents in 24 Bit Colors? When I set transparents on the picture then will convert to maximum 256 colors.

Can you help me?
