Hi you could try my red eye plugin, see inside the international plugin section. It's still beta, but i didn't notice problems for a while.

[Tom] red eye plugin is also available on PhotoFiltre web site in the Plug-ins page [/Tom]

For critical work, have a look at some of the tutorials, but this will take more manual work.

an area must be selected around the red iris, so the plugin could be launched.
