Copy image with transparency to buffer

Hello my friend. When i copy image with transparent layer (PNG) and paste it to another program (excel or word) transparency disappear. I need to save file to png and to load it in excel every time. Why can not just copy and paste?

PhotoFiltre use the Windows clipboard, not a custom clipboard and the Windows clipboard don't supports alpha channel for bitmap type
