PhotoFiltre 11 and Set wallpaper Not Working

Set wallpaper as Center is not working in PhotoFiltre 11!
I get "Error - Unable to save image in "C:\WINDOWS\PhotoFiltre-Wallpaper.bmp""

because the folder C:\WINDOWS is locked, you must run photofiltre 11 in admin mode.
I think it's better to change the dest folder, perhaps "MyDocuments"...

fixed in the 11.1.0 ==> i use now the user document folder to save wallpaper image

Don't understand, you don't tested last month ? it not worked ?
It's because PhotoFiltre 11 don't find your documents folder

==> Right click on the Windows button and execute "%userprofile%\documents"
if not foud try only %userprofile%, windows will open your user folder

Oh JOY this gets REALLY interesting now...
"%userprofile%\documents" returns Windows cannot find `C:\Users\Chris\documents', Make sure you typed correctly, and then type again

%userprofile% returns "Chris Thompson" which has Documents in it.

I have a custom Documents folder rerouted to "D:\Documents" same goes for Downloads, Music, Pictures and Video. I right click on Documents folder, Location tab and change it there. PFS isn't aware of this apparently. Storing your data on a separate drive\partition is simply smarter

in this case just create a folder Documents in 'C:\Users\Chris\', for the moment pf11 use it only, i don't know how to use a dynamic Documents folder...

or copy IrfanView
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\IrfanView -> IrfanView_Wallpaper.png

Anyhow, close this thread I've said my bit.

it's a solution but the local appdata folder is removed when you uninstall the software and will erase your wallpaper too...
