Antonio:
I am finding that I still need the:
Transform / Free and Transform / Distort functions for Selections. I am finding that there are times when the skew feature when you paste the image as a new layer just does not work as needed.
1) 1st off there are no previews (the free version gives real time previews of the skew)
2) The selection is not saved and active you need to copy and paste the shape on the new layer
3) when you skew the layer you skew the whole layer and not the selection
4) you need to set a background color for the area out side of the skew. This is no good when you need the layer below visable. In order to get around this you then need to create a mask.
Is there any chance of putting this back into Studio?
I am in the process of doing some of my tutorials for PhotoFiltre-Studio and am finding some things are easier in the free version because of this feature missing. I have one button tutorial that will take 5 additional steps.

Transform / Free and Transform / Distort functions for Selections
==> i know this finction is very requested but for the moement i have no time
You can créate à new blank layer, transform it and use the function Select > Select layer. after you can remove the layer
1) 1st off there are no previews (the free version gives real time previews of the skew)
==> I don't undersatnd, The Studio version gives real time previews in the function Layer / Transform / transform free
2) The selection is not saved and active you need to copy and paste the shape on the new layer
3) when you skew the layer you skew the whole layer and not the selection
==> use the function Select > Select layer because thelayer can contains some transparent region
4) you need to set a background color for the area out side of the skew. This is no good when you need the layer below visable. In order to get around this you then need to create a mask.
==> only for the background because layer ignore this color (used only for alphablend the border)
