Beta 77 Question

One of the things I like about PhotoFiltre is that it remembers the text until I clear it. I can select the text tool and just create another selection real quick to apply a new effect to existing text.

It seems that Studio 77 at the moment does not remember the text. Is this by design?

yes but with photofiltre studio you can duplicate the texte (menu Layer or right clic in the layer bar)

I work with graphics programs all day so the opinion I am going to give is based on my working habits. Please do not take this any other way than I would like to help you.

1) In Studio if I type in a word, click "Transform to selection" and then see that I need to change the size of the Font or the Style of the Font to fit into the composition better I can not edit the properties of the Font. As soon as I click on the Text Tool my selection is gone and I need to type in the word or phrase again.


In the Free Version if this happens all I need to do is click on the Text Tool again, my selection is still active, my word is still there and all I need to do is change the Font size or the Font Style. This is how it should be. Almost every image editor out there allows you to edit the text before you set it or validate it.

Yes but there is no real validation with layers...

Ok, try to download again the beta 78, the text is alwas preserved but i don't know if it's better, we will see...
