New Sketch Effect => PF6

I was browsing the regular French Speaking Section and they had a thread on creating a sketch effect. There is no right or wrong way and the actual results are subjective since it is ultimately what is pleasing to you. That being said I decided to do a tutorial using a much easier 3 step process. The results would be nice on a greeting card for someone special.
