Cannot open .pfi files anymore

Good evening everybody,

today i made a large Image with many layers. Because it was important, i saved it with another name during the process.
I closed PhotoFiltre. Later, I wanted to open the image again, but all i got was an error message ("Erreur de lecture du flux."). The same with my safety copy.

So, how do I get my Image back?

the file is corrupted it is not possible to recover it
I think a memory or disk error occured when compressing image
