I upgraded to version 7 in the hope that it might work better than 6 in Win 7 when trying to acquire image via Scanner. It does work better, thanks. (I still get an error message, 'violation d'acces...' but I just click on OK and it goes.)
However, I find that the ordinary 'paste' function doesn't work without very complicated 'layer' functions which I don't understand and don't need. So I have to open version 6 to perform these simple functions. Any way round this?
Pasting in version 7

Re: Pasting in version 7
use the menu Layer > Marge all layers or CTRL+ENTER
But it is not a problem to have lot of layers because when you save as JPEG or PNG the image is flatten

Re: Pasting in version 7
Antonio, how about an option to allow the ordinary "Paste" function?
Ctrl+V is very universal (like version 6). I think it should be easy to implement.
Using the menu Layer > Merge all layers or CTRL+ENTER is fine, but it can confuse users.
Perhaps the menu can give you an option on how Paste should work.
Also, please add:
- Shadow recover
- Highlight recover
- A better Dust/Noise reduction
