Hallo,
my question is: Does Photo Filtre support objects. E. g. when I insert a text in my image, is it possible to select it later and move or resize it? Currently I am using Paintshop 7 and when I have inserted a text and removed the selection it is not possible to modify it.
Thanks and regards - Ulrich

The 6.x version dies not support this (though you can edit text unit the first time you deselect the text).
The Shareware 7.0 version, however can support this with help from layers. By inserting a text layer, you can edit the text and its effects aftwerwards.

Sorry, no German or English version of those pages yet.
Maybe somone has to courage to translate it into English?
Or try Babelfish and get 'amazed' by now-a-days translation technologies...

Technically you can do this but with limitations.
You can edit the color and add a bevel or drop shadow later on and in some instances even move it.
When you 1st create your text Choose "Transform to Selection". Now immediately go to Selection / Copy Shape. As long as you don't use the Selection / Copy Shape menu item again you can use the Selection / Paste Shape option later on and modify your text. If the Background the text is on is a solid color or an easy matching texture you could even fill the new pasted shape with the appropiate color to make it vanish and then just move the selection to a new spot on your canvas.

Hallo,
thank you for your hints. Currently I'm using PhotoPlus at my job and I looked for a program that is available in German. But later I saw that PhotoFiltre is not free for commercial use. Thus my question has become obsolete. At home I have Corel Photopaint.
Kind regards - Ulrich
