Help with photo b & c plugin

I downloaded the photo b & c plugin , but I can't find it, I downloaded to the plugin folder, should I do something different?

Hi Digitalnature,
Photo B&C is not a plugin, but a stand alone program.
When you have the file downloaded, you have also to uncompress the zip file,
and duble clic on the exe file to use Photo B&C.
