Better Layer scrolling wanted ;)

I think the image says everything. I hate it to click the arrow buttons at the bottom again and again to scroll one bit to the bottom or to the top... what about a scrollbar and a dropdown list with a layer list which replaces the > - arrow?

perhaps in a futur version but for the moment i don't like this scroll bar, i prefer small buttons and list
