Change Save Button to Save As

Is there any way to make the Save button on the Tool Bar bring up the Save As dialogue instead of just saving?
I use PhotoFiltre to edit my photos and I like to keep my original photos but I keep accidentally overwriting them by pressing the Save button

I agree. This is much needed. Either a Save As button or a confirmation with a chance to change the name (or both). It's too easy to get used to other applications that work this way and forget that PhotoFiltre is the exception.
