Possible bug in PFS: With or height cant be lower than 1 cm.

I think I found a bun in latest PFS:

Okay here is my problem: When I create a new project, I can give 0,70 as with or heiht, and when I copy this layer to an other project windowm than everything works. BUT! If I adjust this layer with the Automatic position tool, PFS automatically resize the values to 1 cm if the wih or height value is lower then 1 cm.

AND If I want to create a new layer, I cannot make with or height lower then 1 cm.
