I've been using Photofilter for 2 years now, I just reloaded X.P. and DL'ed photofilter. When I try to look at a picture on my harddrive, I get "not a valid Win 32 application" . Before I could look at anything with no probs. The only way I can get a picture to work with Photofilter is to click and drag the picture into the Photofilter window. What did I do wrong here?
Any ideas?
thanks, Mike.

Hi mike,
have a look on the Downloads page of the site :
have a look on the Downloads page of the site :
If you place PF in Program files as stand alone, (without install), the registry can't link a picture file with the PF application. It is strongly recomanded to download the plug-in Association to associate images files format to
PhotoFiltre Studio (PFI, PFS, and other files format). Click here to display the plug-ins page.

PhotoFiltre.exe don't needs to be installed. For example, this file can be placed on a USB key and work.
On this page: http://photofiltre.free.fr/download_en.htm , the zip file is so built .
But for more convenience, the first link points on a classic setup file.
Indeed, this one is identified in the registry through the install process.
