how to install plug-ins ??

i downloaded the Arithmetique plug-in and when looked at the file its was like that Arithmetique.pfl as a file i dont have the program to open
if i need some spical program to use the file plz give me a link

You've done everything you'd to do. Just put the *pfl file in the plugins folder in your PhotoFiltre directory. Your plugin is installed and ready to work.
Just close PhotoFiltre while you're making this work.
