Bug when resizing very small images

I am using PhotoFiltre Studio 8.0.2 with a German language pack.

Today I opened a 1x1 pixel alpha transparent PNG image and tried to resize it. It did not work, but the following box appeared instead (which I don't understand beacuse I don't speak any Franch at all):


If I select a resizing filter other than <Automatic> (or <Automatisch> in German version), everything works, so I assume the error occurs when trying to determine which filter to use "automatically".

The Error message says that the parameters are not within the allowed window of size. Either too large or too small.

Thanks for translating this for me! Nevertheless, it mus be a bug since the box only appears when using the <Automatic> filter and a dimension of 120x120 pixels will hardly be too small or too large for a maximized 1024x768 window.

Is it possible because it is 1 X 1 pixel, it cannot be enlarged? You are probably much better versed with graphics than I, but it seems logical. Let me know. Thanks! P.S. I tried enlarging it as a flattened image; it worked, but when I tried with a tranparent image layer, I experienced the same result as you.
