I have just updated PF to 6.2.6 from 6.2.4, on XP SP2.
When I load PF, I get "This application has failed to start because libgfl211.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." However PF loads and appears to run normally.
I have re-installed twice, but this has not cured it.
Has anyone else had this problem?

It appears to have no adverse effects.
