acquired a license and can’t octify it; what could be the problem? I do everything correctly, but the button (s) is not activated. please help

you should enter exactelly the name sent in the licence and respect upper and lower case

I did everything like right

Hello, I have the same issue ... I just bought the license (approximately 30 minutes ago) and got the confirmation. I inserted data to registration part but i cant press ok (light grey color, like no button is there). I am pretty sure I am inserting correct data. Can you please somehow check it? I can privately send you my registration data. If this wont be resolved is there any possibility to get my money back as there is no mistake on my side? Thank you

i sent to you a new key yesterday because your name have unicode chars and it can bugs if you don't respect exactelly all letters
