Replace color using a custom palette

I'd like to use the adjust->replace color using a custom palette or rather the possibility of using the pipette tool outside the image, for example to select a color present in other images opened in the same view, a palette image, etc

It's not possible to use a custom palette because PhotoFiltre recalculates the palette when saving

At least to be able to pick colours from different images than the one where the user wants to use the replace tool.

not sure, who use today indexed mode
now lot of people use PNG True colors
