not possible, Delphi don't supports unicode (arabic or some asian language because these languages use 16 bits, delphi 7 supports only 8 bits)

==> i have not programm, translation is made directelly in delphi source, and delphi don't supports unicode.

You can only translate using a binary editor or a string ressource editor, it's very difficult
