Make windows installer translateable

I would like to suggest that the windows installer can be translated into other languages.
Then when you starter the installer you can select language and the default selected language can be the same as the one windows is using.

I would also like the menu item in Windows start menu like "Uninstall PhotoFiltre" to be translateable to other languages then english.

It is a lot of works just to the installer

For me it is not needed because it is easy to install translation file manually. And other problem, few translation file are updated by translatrors.

Perhaps if you included the translations with the installer more people would use the translation and then perhaps more people would like to help with the translation.

I'm sure some user just download the program without knowing about the translations because you have to find them separetly.
