How to make PhotoFiltre the default photo viewer in Win XP?

I have not been able to find a Preferences setting to make PhotoFiltre my default viewer or editor in Windows XP? Am I overlooking something obvious? Thanks

This property is a Windows one and can be adjust in Files Options from the Tools menu in Windows Explorer,
(in XP release) for any files with any applications.
Or a right clic on a file and chose "Open with", check "always open with" and chose the application.

But a plugin named Association can also be used.
