Hi,
I think you should find something usefull in the menu Image.
You can undo at every moment before save an close.
For more precision, you can use the grid in the View menu,
or also the Measurements Plugins to define the correct value of the angle.
You can download it from the officiel site of the software. For use it after install and restart : menu Tools/Plug-in.
