Advanced Paintbrush Tool extra brushes

Hi there, I have been using PF for years and I think it rocks!!!!! One thing I have never been able to figure out is how to use Nozzles and how to access extra brushes in the Advanced Paintbrush Tool. I have put extra brushes in the PF Brushes folder but they don't show in the program. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help.

Hi,

It is not possible to add some nozzles and brushes in the freeware version,
these tools are only available in the Studio shareware release : http://www.photofiltre-studio.com/
But you can use the Clone stamp tool in Pattern mode to feature something rather near.

Hi Tom, Thanks for that. Sorry I didn't realise it wasn't a free version feature. Why does the add-ons page say they are:

"Add-ones for PhotoFiltre Studio and PhotoFiltre V6"

if they aren't? Very confusing. And when you say:

what do you mean by "some"? I can add some but not others? Or do you mean it's not possible to add "any"?

And, no, I don't have pattern mode available with the clone tool. The checkbox is greyed out.

=> Yes you're right it's not possible to add any brushes in the freeware version.

=> Indeed, the checkbox is greyed out when a pattern is not defined : Select a picture or a part of it and go to menu Edit / Define pattern
