Re: Framing of photos
Hi Johan,
the current release of PhotoFiltre freeware is 6.4.0 : http://photofiltre.free.fr/download_en.htm
on the offical website : http://photofiltre.free.fr/frames_en.htm
To do frames on several pictures ( with similar output size) use the Automate/batch function :
menu Tools / Automate-Batch and look at the Image thumb.
The shareware version of Studio offers some advanced functions in the Automate/Batch module
for frames as a png layers which support 255 levels of transparency for any kind of tags, signatures, frames ...

PhotoMasque works fine but for one picture at a time, not as a batch process.
And the effects you get with PhotoMasque aren't the same as these you get with PNG module of Studio release.
Moreover the PNG module is included in the Automate/batch module of the Studio release.

Re: Framing of photos
Hi Tom
Done and got hold of Studio, beautiful but is there any way that I can import more PNG frames or mask?
I have tried but got the message that said no not a png file.
Or is there a plug-in?

Re: Framing of photos
Indeed, but if you remember the object : you would to play with transparency.
So your png file has to be defined and saved as a RGBA image : menu Image /Mode/RGBA (Alpha channel)
