Crash using the line tool

Hi!

I've recently upgraded to 10.3.1 (from version 9.1.0) and discoverd the following bug:

When I use the line tool and move outside the window (and outside the edges of
the image) the program hangs or closes instantly after you release the mouse button.

This can be reproduced but doesn't happen every time (mostly if I haven't saved for some time
and made some changes to the image before. I'm using size 20 and it casshes mostly when drawing
long lines). Sometimes an access violation error occurred and I could resume working, but
mostly the program just crashed.
Had no problems with the older version, though...

(I'm using a server as workstation with ECC memory, so there shouldn't be a problem with the Hardware)

Are yous sure it is not a memory error after lot of undo ?
try to reduce the max undo count if you use big images (tools > preferences > undo, reduce to 12 for test)

Hi!

There is no "Undo" option, but one called "Image Histories".
I'll set that one from 24 to 12 for a test.

Hi there!

I'm experiencing this problem in all PFS-X versions so far. Setting the image history to 12 didn't
help at all, so I'm back to PFS 9 for some time now and don't have this problem there.

Is there any chance this can be fixed sometimes ?

I need this function for clipping images (the magic wand is cool but needs a lot of CPU power
and isn't accurate enough).
