No image on the Web

Up to now I have had absolutely no problems with PhotoFiltre. I use it for 90% of jpg editing that I do. But twice in the last week, I have uploaded images using 6.3.2 to the web and people have complained that they see either nothing or a red x. I thought that it was their computer, because I can see the images on mine (XP Sp3). Then I looked at the image on the web on an old computer (Win98) and saw nothing. I checked with the people who could not see the image and they had XP.

I re-saved the image and, in the first case, this worked. However, a moment ago, I did the same thing to another image, and there are still people with XP who can't see the image.

Is it possible that part of the image information is not uploading?

I have now downloaded and installed 6.4.

==> yes it is possible but in this case the problem is not PF or the image

I use filezilla for my site update and have no problem for the moment with this tool
