Feature idea, unless it's already done:
Be able to select a portion of an image and then stretch it, distort it, etc. AM I missing something? I tried selecting a rectangle around a portion of an image and then I went to Filter in the menu and then I went to Distort, but it changed the whole image and left what was inside the selection the same. (sort of... actually it distorted a copy of the image behind the selection, leaving a copy of the unselected image within the selected portion).
May not be the most useful feature. Just suggesting. If it's already done and I'm too stupid to see it, then what's new?
matt
p.s. I KNOW you can select a portion of the image and "distort" it by sharpening it, blurring it, just that portion, etc, but I mean I want to skew it so that it changes shape, gets slanted, stretched, but just what I'm highlighting.
