How to resize under 10% unit using Automate / Batch process?

Hi,

I usually take pictures the size of 3648 x 2736.
And I resize these pictures before uploading blog.
Resize unit is 5%.

If the number of pictures is a low, about under 5 from 10, I use to resize Image > Image size > New size manually.
But, a lot of number of pictures, about over 20 or more, I use to resize Tools > Automate / Batch.
The problem occurs there.

Automate / Batch > Image tab >
setting,
-Image size checked
-Unit % selected
-Width, Height 5% inputed
then go to Action tab, Image size setting changed automatically 10%.
And Ok click, pictures 10% resized.

I'd like to resize 5% using Automate / Batch.
