Transparency color won't allow me to change it! Help!
Hello- I found Photofiltre last night, and am already very impressed, it is awesome! I really want to make some photomasks of my own, but I cannot get it to work. I made a B/W picture, and I want the center logo to be transparent, not the background. But when I try to choose a transparent color, the drop-down box for color automatically shows the background color and it won't allow me to choose any other color! I even tried changing the background color and it switched the transparent color to match! I have tried in both indexed color and RGB modes. What do I do? Help!

Ther is only one solution: make the 2 other colors first match the third color, then make that third color transparent.Frank Gayer a écrit : i have three colors in one picture and i`d like to have them all transparent. How can this work ??
You can switch one color to another with
Code : Tout sélectionner
menu Adjust > replace color
Code : Tout sélectionner
menu Adjust > Replace color range

Real Easy to do!
Actually there is an easier way. See pics with instructions below:Ther is only one solution: make the 2 other colors first match the third color, then make that third color transparent.
1) Original Image:

2) Now click on the Transparent color button and then select the purple stripe with the eye dropper.

3) Now click on the Transparent color button again, select the green stripe with the eye dropper and then make sure Merge with current Transparency is checked.

Have Fun Bill
