Antialias option does not work

Since version 10 does not work for me antialias option. Why. Whether it is the fault of the program.

The function options are available in menu Selection/Antialiasing or in the right click in a selection / Antialiasing
and the shape of the selection is filled by Stroke and fill function but only "fill" checked.
