Problem with plugin eye candy 4000

Hi to all! I have Photofiltre Studio 9.0. I´ve install the plugin eye candy 4000 on it, but when i acess it on the panel, the effects are uglys. It will be problem with dll´s? What dll´s i need to install to that plugin runs well? I will hope for any help. Hugs from Brazil.

In the preferences of PFS, the tab 8BF proposes two modes of work :
- RGB color
- RGBA (alpha channel)
perhaps one of them works better with this plugin ?
I have not tried this one.
For a new dll needed, i have found this on the forum with the Search tool :
