infomamy : je n'ai vu aucun bug, c'est juste l'affichage du contour du calque actif qui semble perturber l'affichage. il suffit de le désactiver si vraiment ça gêne

Le problème venait de là. Je n'avais pas réalisé que cette nouvelle option : "Afficher les limites du calque" provoquait une différence d'affichage pour ce cas, très particulier. L'affichage des limites du calque, c'est vraiment un plus. Ce serait dommage de le désactiver !

Vraiment là, bravo pour toutes ces nouveautés! On peut maintenant dessiner (ou non) sur les calques transparents! Beau travail! Lâche pas!

I downloaded beta 7 to test and found one problem.

If I choose "TEXT" and type in the text box, and then click on the font box and choose any font, it changes the text in the box to the new style. When I scroll the mouse (roll it one time), the next font appears ... good. But the problem is that after this, the font selection looses focus and if I roll the mouse one more time, the image at the back zooms in or out instead of moving to the next or previous font.

photofiltre was the most intuitive graphic editor i never try.

Happy to see that is becoming also one of the more complete .
(mind that i'm also a Gimp and PS user ... )

just a suggestion

in the preference for 8bf could be useful allow to search in more then 1 folder

That could be useful to avoid to load unneeded filters
(just unselecting their folder)

But is really a detail...happy to see photofiltrestudio improving

if using the clone tool..sometimes the pointer of clonenig it freezes
as you can see it on the picture
