The format PFI
Format (PFI PhotoFiltre Image) is the default format (native) of PhotoFiltre. It preserves the
information in layers and transparency of the image. The image can generate a large file,
because the layers are recorded separately.
To save an image in PFI, use the [File> Save As], PhotoFiltre and select from the list of formats.
Properties recording format PFI
• [Compression]
This option enables or not the lossless compression type LZ77. In most cases, the
compression produces a smaller file.
