Le Meilleur Moyen De Faire Un Texte Clignotant C'est De Dabort Cree Limage exemple avec cette image la :

Voila Enregistrer
Apre Recrer La Meme imge mais Ecriver Votre Texte :

Enregistrer
Vous Ave 2 Imge Cel Sans Le Texte Et Selle Avec Le Texte
Vous Devez Cree Un Gifs Avec EASY GIF ANIMATOR
Cree Une New animation
Faiter -ADD Image
Selectionner Les 2 image, Faite OK
Appuiyer Sur Le Bouton Lecture Pour Voir Si Cet Bon, Enregistrer et normalement Vous Obtiendrer Sa :

RAM memory: 768 Mo
Tutoriel sympa pour les gros débutants ( encore plus que moi :) )
Parce qu'il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir EASY GIF ANIMATOR
Il suffit de faire une image sans le texte et une avec, puis Outils/Gif animé...
