Is it not posibel too import a PDF file into Artweaver ??

I think you are mistaken. Here we are on the PhotoFiltre's forum.
We don't know Artweaver, but we can copy and paste some pdf elements into PF.

But i now downloade PF. And i cant import a PDF file ??

What do you want finaly to do with the pdf file ?

use it and change the picture as a dwg file !

No, dwg is not a file type that PF can write.

But, in any PDF reader, some tools allows you to copy text or image and than you can paste it in PF.
File types whiche may be writen by PF are : bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, jpe, jfif, png, rle,tga,tif, tifff
