I have tried to install either one of the 2 red eye removal plugins with no luck for 6 months. I use to have photofiltre 2 years ago and lost it when I had to get a new computer I downloaded 7 and now when I download the plugin and move it photofiltre pugin folder it says cant open file, also my computer says it doesnt recognize the type of file either. I really need some help to get this installed as I take photos of our rescue dogs to put on the internet for adoption. Any guidance I would be so greatful

what is the exact error message ? you unziped the content of plugin ? don't put directelly the .zip in the plugin folder

- The downloaded file has to be unzipped, before to be displaced in the Plugins folder, and PhotoFiltre has to be re-openned
- The plugin file does not be openned like an executive Windows file.
- The red eyes plugin has to be openned by PhotoFiltre in the menu Filter / Plug-in

the compute says it does not recognize the file type and it goes to microsoft to find what is needed and it cant find what I need either
