How to rotate a selected part of image - Reflection effect

Hello,

First I must say PhotoFiltre is an outstanding programme!

But I have some questions about the use of it:

1/ Is it possible to rotate an image or a selection of an image around its own middle? It's not easy to explane it clear but I hope you'll understand what I mean...

2/ Is it possible to integrate a reflection of a flash from a camera?

I can't figure out what how to use next 4 icons (right hand side). What do they mean?
