Using hue variation

I have two almost identical images, one mostly green and one mostly pink. I want to make the mostly pink one to be mostly green, but I don't want any green, I want something as much close as possible from the green image (actually I want to have the same green).
If I use hue variation tool, I can drag that bar and chose some green, but my problem is that I want the specific green that is on the another image.
Is it possible to pick the specific color and apply it as a "source" to the hue variation on my pink image?

You can use the Filter > Color > Green for example and adjuste after with Hue and saturation.
You can use a color layer too for more colors...

i don't know exactelly what you want to do.
In PhotoFiltre 11 only, try Filter > Color > Partial desaturate
