can i remove white sky and copy in blue sky

is there an easy to understand way of removing boring white sky and putting in its place blue sky with clouds, i have a picture i could use as a donor sky, thanks in advance for any advice given.

after down loading instructions on how to change a sky..... in EDIT i cant find "paste as picture", also in SELECTION i dont have "smooth", im using the free version..... if i have two pictures side by side could i copy and paste from one picture to the other, or could i clone from one picture to the other. simon.
