I have no idea what I'm doing... It's a different file type than the others once you download it. Now how do I use them, then?? I don't know how to change the file type. And please don't try responding with fancy computer-talk LOL I won't understand you, most likely.

Any help would be appreciated

And from where you have it downloaded ?
Can you give us the extension file type you've got ?

once installed to use them you just need to have a image open and call with a click the plugin you wish to try
