How do you save an edited animated GIF?

I can open the GIF and edit each photo but can't figure out how to resave it back into an animated GIF.
it is only available in the Studio shareware release of PhotoFiltre.

With the PF6 freeware release you can only edit each frame of the animated gif to modify any thing you wish, but for assemble the pieces in an animated gif you must use a dedicated tool like Unfreez or better as Microsoft Gif Animator.
