Can someone please explain how to use the Lake reflection filter, the Night effect and the Sunset effect? What color background do I use to see these effects? Also, how do I make the edges of a picture fade? Please explain in ENGLISH. Thanks!

Hi Chris,
these filters have an action on the edges of an image, so with united colors you will not see a lot of difference.
When a filter is applied, you can fade his action with menu Edition Fade (Maj+Ctrl+Z)
You can try also : menu Filter/Embossment/Embossment faded or something like (i have not installed the english release)
