I can write 8bf plugins with FilterMeister, but what do I need to write PhotoFiltre plugins? Is there any documentation in English? I'd love to be able to write PF filters. Then I'd have them on a button.

did you check the SDK-Toolkit (samples in Delphi, C++, ASM) ?
(function description is only in french for the moment)
You need other information ?

I don't understand what you want exactly but this filter use a convolution matrix.

search "convolution matrix" using google, I think you will find some samples
